With 23+ years of experience in education and the beauty industry, I hold multiple degrees, certifications, and licenses. My career spans roles in Jefferson County Schools, private practices, community agencies, and salons. I’ve led group therapy for children and teens and conducted workshops on topics such as mindfulness, maternal mental health, and parenting. My approach boasts an 85% success rate and a loyal clientele.
In 2020, telehealth services expanded my practice. I’m an active member of the American Counseling Association, regularly participating in conferences and training. As a professional counselor, I aim to provide leadership, education, and advocacy that dismantles barriers and supports individuals in achieving their goals. This mission drives my work at Infinite Dreamz, where I focus on building self-esteem, confidence, and meaningful relationships.
A natural nurturer, I am dedicated to helping clients overcome emotional challenges, fostering wellness and autonomy. By equipping them with strategies to address dysfunctional behaviors, I empower them to lead successful lives. My counseling identity reflects a strong foundation of professional values and beliefs.
Rachel Allen- Life Coach/Administrative Assistant
With a strong background in administrative support, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in organizing, managing, and streamlining office operations at Infinite Dreamz Guidance Center. Her passion for mental health and self-care drives her commitment to ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
In addition to her administrative expertise, Rachel is a dedicated life coach and entrepreneur. She leverages her experience to empower individuals to take control of their personal and professional lives, focusing on building confidence, self-awareness, and achieving their goals. Through her work, Rachel is deeply invested in creating a positive impact, both behind the scenes and through her coaching services.
